HPS shortram air intake Acura 02-06 RSX Type-S 2.0L (Limited Gold) delivers performance, value and ease of installation. HPS short ram intake Acura RSX Type S is easy to install under the hood and cost less compared to the cold air intake systems. With HPS in house dyno, HPS is able to locate the filter in the coolest area of the engine compartment to deliver dyno-proven performance gains of 10.2 whp and 7.0 Ft/lbs. While there are different type of shortram air intakes available in the market, only HPS shortram air intake for Acura RSX Type-S (DC5) features the aluminum heat shield to prevent the air filter sucking hot air from the engine, thus increase the shortram intake efficiency.
